I took 38 pictures of Carter today. We were outside, roaming the yard. It's so strange to think he's got three or four weeks left. Shit, shit, shit.

Rich- I'm so sorry to read about Carter. We have an old dog too, one that has been very faithful and loyal and we too are facing the prospect of losing him. I guess all we can do is enjoy whatever time is left and be thankful for all the time we had.
I'll tell you one thing: we've abandoned (with vet's permission) his diet. Lots of table scraps for Carter!
