Yay, Vatican!
I've been saying all along that the Bible and Evolution aren't mutually exclusive. And today, the Vatican came out and agreed.

I don't think that evolution supports the idea that man was created from the dust of the Earth.
The vatican specifically stated that the bible clearly isn't trying to be scientific fact. Read without prejudice, and I feel that they are compatible.
Even this close to Kansas (I live in St. Louis) I can still see that the two concepts are not mutually exclusive.
